This historic moment is calling out the question of how humans respond to cruelty, and YOU, dear ones, are showing up to form a living, breathing, loving wall of protection for your community. Know this: in showing up for your community, you are showing up for all of us. You are showing us how it’s done, so that your liberation tactics can spread to the next targeted community. You are showing that while some (powerful) people are crueler than we imagined, more people are practicing powerful goodness in ways we’re just beginning to imagine. You are lighting fires of hope and solidarity that shine bright well beyond your 10,000 lakes, and which will burn on long, long after all this bullshit is over.
