There are a lot of comparisons between Minnesotans and Canadians, but we’re not doing it like you! The world is terrifying and sad and so, so difficult right now and you stared all of that down and decided to stand up, in beautiful solidarity. The photos from today’s collective action are an antidote for all the heartbreak. The tapestry of organising, both past and present, that made today’s massive show of force and love possible is inspiring. Thank you, to each and every one of you, for giving a fuck about each other. For showing up today en masse, but also for showing up yesterday with whistles, or food, or constitutional observer training, and for showing up tomorrow, with love and rage. Crush ICE. And, one day soon, try them for their crimes.
