I moved across the Atlantic Ocean to be with my now husband last year. I have felt fear for my family and friends, and simultaneously, I have felt both relief and guilt at having left the country. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing up to Trump. Thank you for resisting ICE, for resisting Trump’s attempts to justify martial law.
