My heart breaks every time I hear an update from up there. It is truly astonishing how easily certain people forget that we are all people. No one deserves any of these atrocities and from especially our own government. I know it must be draining and overwhelming. I feel a fraction of that, and I’m not in the line of fire (yet). Please, whoever you are, take a moment. Grab someones hand and offer a word of kindness or prayer or split a granola bar. Reaffirm these tragic actions arent what life is about for most of us. Hope still has its roots even if its been beaten down. Yall are not alone.
