I have been watching in horror as the President* wields the awesome power of his office as a tool against his perceived enemies and citizens’ rights are being routinely violated. Frankly, I am reaching the point where it’s hard not to give way to despair. Yet, the way proud, brave, everyday Minnesotans have risen and responded to these outrageous abuses and usurpations gives me hope.

Keep fighting the good fight. History will show that we, the people, were on the side of what’s right; history will be far less kind to those who seek to enact cruelty upon others, as it always is.
