Thank you. Thank you for showing up. For doing the little things that have become the only way for big things to happen. For saying “not on my watch”. For standing there, for blowing that whistle, for turning away that car that meant that one more family could stay together for one more night. For delivering groceries, offering aid, running errands, for reminding the world that we were never meant to do this alone. Thank you for doing the right thing and not the easy thing.
