Dear Minnesotans,

We stand with you from Chicago. As a child of immigrants, this country is meant for everyone, not just those who chose to bully and oppress those around you. Please know that you have started a peaceful movement, and that ICE is the opposite of that. I hope you know that you are not alone, and our city stands with you. No one should feel terrified of leaving their home, especially the Hmong and Somali communities. We are all Americans, and Americans like you are what keeps this country alive.
