nobody wants times like these to come but y’all over there are meeting it admirably. out of necessity and love. this is what makes me think there might be something salvageable in this country. i’m inspired by and learning from minnesota; you who are standing up make me want to be a better person. this cannot last forever. this will pass, trite as it will sound. there are better days to come and you are making them. thank you.
