Please know that y’all, our brothers and sisters in MN are being seen, loved, and supported by millions across this country. My heart is with you, dear Minnesotans! My grandparents were Minnesotans, and some of the freakin’ toughest, resilient, went-through-some-serious-hard-shit people back in the 1800’s who left descendants today who stand for justice and compassion. Trust that your efforts are forging a more just and compassionate world for future generations. I’m proud to live in this country with you, and love you all so much! May you be protected and safe, and know your neighbors in the south are holding all of you so close in our hearts, as our hearts break together, and break open to hold even more people, and we are sending support, strength and the wish for healing for beloved Minnesota community in every way. We will get through this, together!!
