Dear people of Minneapolis and St. Paul, I admire you. I fear for you. I hope for you. I ache for you.
May you stay strong and safe. May the hate that has become our government’s modus operandi be mitigated by the actions of people like me. People who believe that compassion not cruelty is the ground of our being. People who believe that I can make a difference. People who shove apathy out of the way and protest, make phone calls, alert neighbors and strangers to the unholy meanness that is marketed by this administration. Love, Nancy
