I work in an art gallery in London, my colleagues and I were talking about how unfathomable it is that something like this could be happening. A mother and daughter walked past us, American, and started speaking to us about the situation and how truly scary it is to be an American right now. It shows just how connected we are across the globe. All this to say, there are people who stand with you with love all over the world, and I hope it gets better.
