Dear Beloveds in the Twin Cities,

I spent my early twenties in South Minneapolis, held and shaped into adulthood by community, by wise elders and mentors, food co ops, Earth breakfasts, sweat lodges, and music at the Extempore. I served as the Fifth District organizer for the Nuclear Freeze campaign, work that was deeply rooted in neighborhood groups and collective action.

These past enraging weeks have moved me beyond words, as if I never truly left in spirit. I am filled with pride and deep emotion witnessing the courage, mutual care, and fierce resistance you are showing, not only to Minnesota but to the country and the world.

I am a therapist and coach, and I would be honored to offer listening support to anyone who needs a place to land, process, or simply be heard.
