I am a graudating high school senior from greater Orlando. We are such a diverse community, and Orange County public schools is actually majority Hispanic or Latino, over 50% in most places. I am white, but obviously since I have grown up here I know and love so many hispanic (and otherwise targeted) communities. I work at a restaurant employed almost entirely by latinos, and I want to carry on the message (from them and me) that we see you every day fighting for us. Orlando is so inspired by Minneapolis and I know so many other places here are, too. We seeing the beginnings of the worst now, here, and I applaud how you all can spare even the tiniest bits of your drawn-thin hope and support for us out-of-state. Please never forget how much you mean to young people like me and the people I love. Thank you, a million times over.
