Dear activists for humanity and democracy. Until recently, many of us watched in disbelief as the United States seemed to drift toward authoritarianism, met with far too little resistance. Then the spotlight turned to you in Minnesota —under tragic circumstances, yes—but what it revealed was extraordinary courage and unwavering determination. You have become an inspiration not only in your own country, but far beyond its borders. Armed with nothing but whistles, phones, and moral clarity, you stood up for the core values of democracy against lust for power, greed, and sheer cruelty—facing forces hidden behind heavy gear and unwilling even to show their faces. Your bravery reminds the world that dignity and resistance still matter. Please keep going. History teaches us that many of the most beautiful and necessary things are born out of darkness. With deep respect and solidarity, Vida
